The place is run by a German-Thai couple. The rooms are very large and the materrasses could be softer. The only design flaw is the shower.
The owners are very, very nice. Expect to be offered both German and Thai dishes. Both are great. There is even homemade bread and sausages.
Great place to stop in for a night or two.

They helped me to get a taxi from the airport to them because I arrived late and couldn’t get a bus + ferry ticket any more which was a bummer. But I was glad I found this place, it gave me a feeling of having arrived in Thailand. The girl at the reception was really helpful. She serve dinner. In the morning I went to close by Seatran building and bought a breakfast there

The young man running the reception was lovely and gave us a lift to the boat the next day and made sure we got on the boat even though it had been overbooked.
