If you are in Slovakia with a car and family in the heat of the summer summer it is well worth considering to visit Liptovsky Jan. Liptovsky Jan is a village situated at the entry to the Janska dolina. A 2 night stay in the local hotels give you 3 days of exploring on foot: Liptovsky Jan kaďa (free to dip in the nature created thermal source), reasonably priced entry to local thermal outside pools in the SOREA TERMAL RAJ resort (note: around 27C water temperature so best to cool during hot days), Stanišovská cave and plenty of walks around the area with a good selection of local restaurants.

So much character and so much to explore in Liptovský Jan. We loved it and are already planning to come back again soon. Kada, the cave, the mountains, restaurants, Rozpravkovo, and breathtaking nature as well as the people, plenty to experience and enjoy.

In this building there is small restaurant downstairs which is open in the evening and upstairs there are 2 or 3 separate flats with few separate rooms in each flat - each room with bathroom. I was in one room - it was possible to close your room (i got key to entrance door and my room). shared kitchen - fully equiped. I fully recommend.PawełPoland

The hotel has an excellent location for ski vacations, the ski bus stops right in the front of the hotel and the hotel has a very comfortable ski storage room.
