Great place for families, our dog loved it there too. Daily entry to water world a great value. Whole area is very well looked after. You do need a car if you want to do walks and little trips to sledge for example. Amazing breakfast, but coffee was not good. Pizza from coffee late in the evening a bonus. Staff at reception very professional and friendly. Worth paying extra for late check-out.

We had issues finding the accommodation at first, but the owner was really nice and patient when navigating us.
How close it was to the ski resort for beginners. You could just ski down from the accommodation and ride it up. The intermediate slopes are about 5 minute car ride away.
The kitchen was well-stocked with seasonings, bunch of plates and cups, enough for a bigger group.

A very small ski area.
A very small ski area. Perfect for beginners, but more advanced skiers can easily get bored. The main issue is that the blue & red slopes are separated by the main road, with a good 15 min walk between them. You kinda have to decide where you spend your day.PeterAustralia - 10Scored 10
It's a little paradise for families with kids and beginners...
It's a little paradise for families with kids and beginners on ski. Great ski schools for the little ones, enough places to rent your equipment and nice bar/bistro at the mountain, in case you are there just to enjoy the view. The prices are very fair as well, and the fact that some parts you can walk up and down (some places are totally accessible by foot), also make it easy on your pocket, unless you are really skiing you still can have some fun without having to pay for tickets. We ate at bistro in the mountain, had lovely hot wine with the mountains view very nice. In the village we at Donny and at Stodola, love it. Highly recommend the pork knee.

Very nice resort with all kinds of attraction for kids, but also for the old ones (like Donovaly Pivovar :) ). A hiking to Zvolen or other routes is definitely nice, you see a lot of peaks from Velky Fatra and also from Nizke Tatry. A beautiful place also in the summer also in the winter, lots of lift sky and telemix to go on the top or for skiing. We really enjoy every time we arrive here.

The flat was so beautiful! It was also comfortable - we could wash our clothes since there was a washing machine. What was only missing was a clothes rack, as we had nowhere to dry our clothes. The appartment was really clean and spacious. Glad we rented there :)

Excellent choice with family and children to teach and practice skiing. :) There has been little snow this winter, therefore many lifts were out of work unfortunately. :( Fun park, blue slopes great! Red slope gets a bit sturdy by the afternoon hours. White code on slopes and restaurants with reasonable prices on the go.Jasper-MakayHungary

Although this information could be provided immediately upon confirmation of the reservation. Additionally, there is a car park next to the guesthouse. In general, I rate the stay, the guesthouse, the accommodation conditions and the staff very positively.
