The hotel facilities was great for our trip and reasonably priced. However the staff were not very professional. We booked the room for 2 adults and a baby with the hotel to supply a travel cot. When we arrived and the cot was not supplied I rang the hotel representative to request one and she failed to assist us, she even said that the hotel didn’t own any, then blamed her colleague who was on leave for not sorting it out ‘she usually deals with this’. We ended up contacting another hotel locally and hiring one from them. The hotel staff were also very rude when on the phone.
