Contrary to some grumpy travelers comments, breakfast had eggs : boiled eggs, pancakes/crêpes, and was well restocked throughout breakfast time.

Contrary to some grumpy travelers comments, the dinner was great: The menu is unpretentious and short:we had a nice Italian wine, and the veal was served rosé with exceptionally good fries (which to my French palate was a mark of distinction, and to the palate of my Belgian partner was a delight).
My dog had a great time, and was accepted and well treated.
We had a great walk in the woods behind the estate , where horses train.
