It's just as on the pictures a hotel in the small town oravita. We did plan to go with the trein to Anina and back as that's a beautiful track.

The host is amazing, very welcoming and flexible with check out time. We felt like home and highly recommend to everyone. In 5min walk, there’s a nice pub with great food.
Go see the viaduct who pass through the city. Also the coin museum and the oldest mountain pharmacy. Check the City Hall . It has a woman architect. Walk on the main road. The houses are beautiful even if they are not restored. Visit the train station. it is one of the oldest in Romania We couldn't see the theater. But I would go a second time in Oravita for it.
