The owners were very friendly and hospitable. They also offered a shuttle from the nearest railway station. They welcomed me with apples from their garden.

We were only passing through and not staying directly in the town. There are some good walks available in the area and also seems popular with cyclist. It is hilly and you need some level of fitness. Beautiful scenery and well worth seeing. We ate at the hotel which was tasty tradition Portuguese food

It feels like someone’s villa, especially when there is only 6 rooms available in total. Everything is brand new. Breakfast was delicious! The people are so friendly and accommodating. Highly recommending to stay! heads-up, the drive to the Quinta is steep, but we had Renault Clio and managed just fine :)
