Booked the hotel for honeymoon, was upgraded on arrival. Staff very polite and helpful, big room, clean and with a lot of windows towards the mountain, excellent breakfast, Spa very good.

Lovely hotel, loved the decor. Helpful, friendly staff. The food at the restaurant was excellent. The buffet breakfast had a good spread, with a good coffee choice. From the room I could see the Serra de Estrela. The hotel is right in center of the town, easy to walk to shops, bars etc.

Host was fantastic, gave great advise on places to eat in evening and how to get to the mountain. Host at breakfast was also very helpful and couldn't do enough for us.
Room was really lovely as was communal areas.
