The restaurant attached to the hotel had a phenomenal dinner and the views were incredbile. great staff at the restaurant and the tour of the vineyard was well done and interesting. I loved the fact that you could buy wine from a refrigerator by the glass or bottle, as well as other cold drinks, and write down your name and add it to your room tab. We ate dinner on the premises on Sunday evening, which was very good. The vinery is in the village of Sabrosa, and it was pleasant going for a walk either in the village or around the neighbouring vineyards. Nice breakfast, with quality ingredients although lacking front of house presence. Nice coffee and biscuits always available Tour provided to hotel guests was brief. Staff were friendly when seen/communicative.

The hotel is a few 100 meters from the winery and a great restaurant which also belongs to the estate. We didn't use the pool because it was a rainy day. Free tour and tasting of the wine. Pool and beautiful gardens. close to Pinhao and the Duoro River and the hotel will arrange a 1-2 hour river boat cruise.
