The employees were the absolute best!! So friendly and accommodating. Location was convenient. Rooms were spacious. Good breakfast.
Perfect place to relax close to nature. Quiet and away from crowds and traffic, but close enough to cities such as Sertã and Proença-a-Nova, allowing for some sight seeing and meals. The staff is caring and the breakfast perfect, with a mix of fresh fruit drinks and local delicacies (as well as the breads and cold meats). The lounge and gaming rooms were also very inviting, and as we caught a rainy day, we made good use of them. We didn't get to try the pool, but definitely a good option for summer.
Very comfortable overnight stop with dinner. English spoken at reception and dinner. Good service, comfortable clean warm (in November) room. The hotel is beautifully decorated. Dinner in the restaurant was a quite good. I was surprised the restaurant was open mid-week as there were very few guests the night I stayed (2 rooms?).
