I loved the pool area with chairs and umbrellas, wonderful view, and bar service of a portotonic (first time!) served with a smile. The pool was lovely to swim in after a long, hot day. And the staff were so very nice! We also really enjoyed walking down to the river on the very steep path among the vines.
I also really appreciated the room change in the last minute so I could be next to my friends. Exceptional service!

The staff at check-in and at breakfast were exceptional. The room was beautifully modern and we loved the bedding duvet. Everything was spotless and the view was gorgeous. The breakfast was way beyond our expectations. I have traveled quite a bit and I must say that the value for this property is unbelievable.

It is a very old hotel. The whole property either gets warm air or cold air. Unfortunately, the hotel staff decided they were chilly and the entire hotel was set to heat. The hotel has AC but the entire hotel either gets AC or heat. If you are either hot or cold and not in the populous, prepare to be uncomfortable.

Very nice hotel a short walk from the city center. The rooms are quite nice and well appointed. Bathrooms are large and modern. The staff is very helpful.
