I was not let in the premises I paid for up front.
I was not let in the premises I paid for up front. None of my many emails to the hotel sent prior to my arrival informing staff about late arrival due tomplane being late WAS NOT ANSWERED. None of many phone calls was answered. Nobody was at the premises when we arrived at 2:15 to let us in. We paid for a sleep and was forced to seek other accommodation ! I want the return of my payment!

Bed is comfy, robes and slippers available and mini bar fully stocked. There is also a lovely terrace with a stunning view where I had breakfast and chill time with cup of coffee, delicious brownie and homemade ice cream. I stayed there for only one night but I have enjoyed the spa with amazing candle oil massage and access to the pool and sauna. It was a great way to relax and unwind.
