An enchanted Renaissance castle in the idyllic Silesian landscape, amidst the meadows and lakes. The castle was renovated but retained a lot of authentic charm with old furniture, carpets, candles, paintings and tapestry. It was a heartfelt welcome from the owner who did his best to make me, my elder mother and the dog feel at home. The rooms were well-appointed, the water hot, the wi-fi stable. The feeling of history, the serenity of the landscape and the simple beauty of the surrounding park were just stunning, and we had a relaxing and memorable stay. Make sure you don't miss this small gem on the way to Wrozlaw or Warsaw.

A friendly lady that opened the door as I arrived late. The 'hotel' is in an interesting old estate that once must have been elegant and nice. Lots of parking possibility (I was the only guest - see rest of the notes). I believe it is a great 'hotel' for those that are tired of a standard warm room, with possibility to take a warm shower, sleep in a warm cosy soft bed, and enjoy again one of those boring breakfast buffets.....
