- Breakfast was what you would expect from this type of facility, also the staff on breakfast was very friendly. - Location of the hotel is great it is next to the park which. - You could find there good international mixture of tourists (from Germany, Czechia, Poland..), mainly older generation - which might be the best target group for this type of facility. Their staff had also printed instructions in multiple languages so even if you are not strong in Polish you could read all the necessary information on the flyer they hand to you while check-in.

Great location, away from the center, but close to the trails, and neighboring with a huge hotel with many entertainment facilities for after hikes. Excellent staff: very kind, caring, cheerful, offering any information about the region. Despite the busyness, everyone found a few moments for an enriching conversation, Very comfortable and very clean room, spacious enough, with a good size bathroom. Mattresses assured a great comfort and rest after the long days in the mountains. We also appreciated, with delight, breakfasts - abundant, tasting freshness, full of homemade little dishes. Truly, we enjoyed everything at Palac Pakoszow. The service, food, grounds, and hotel were all amazing. When we checked in, the staff gave us options of different rooms and let us see them before selecting one. At the restaurant, the cook and serving staff went above and beyond in helping us pick new and delicious meals. We enjoyed and appreciated the care that everyone at the Palac had for making sure we enjoyed our visit. We will certainly come back!
