Everything about The Farm at San Benito was exceptional. From the moment we arrived until departure, the staff were friendly and welcoming. We booked a hotel type of room and we upgraded to Mahogany Villa ( as they gave me a good discount) which is of the best as we have our own pool. The view in our room is breathtaking especially if you love nature. The food was absolutely fantastic. This place effortlessly caters everyone’s needs. I really had a wonderful time in our overnight stay.

I've stayed in budget hotels all over the world and this one was the best. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff 24/7. Room was a budget room but clean comfortable excellent A/C good reception on tv and the shower was brilliant, easy temperature control and well powered, not experienced a shower that good in a budget hotel before. 2 minutes walk to bus terminal and SM shopping mall Would highly recommended to anyone staying in Lipa

The staff were helpful and provided our needs. Their restaurants and facilities are not massive but good enough to have a decent meal with friends and families. The only item I want to recommend to the hotel is to add fruits as part of the buffet breakfast menu. But overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for those travelling to Lipa and would prefer walking and exploring the main city.

Their in-house restaurant, Hub & Spoke has really some good food offerings. That Goto-lomi is superb! The breakfast was really good. Not a lot of choices but food selection is delicious.
