Staff- Shoutout to Carl and Reyna, who made us feel VIP during our entire stay. Helped us with purchasing our Tour (A) and transportation to Nacpan Beach . Carl treated me and my husband to a birthday drink on our last day at H Hotel rooftop resto (across the street) Room- A bit cramped for a 5 night stay. They could not push the 2 double beds together though. So husband and I slept in separate beds the whole stay. AC worked well, however it was a bit noisy- which also kinda helped b/c there was loud construction. Location- right on main strip of El Nido Town Proper. Lots of restaurants and shops right outside the door. pretty views from 5th floor rooftop. Breakfast- I requested a free upgrade to include breakfast as a constellation for the mishaps with our airport pickup. Management obliged. Selection was very basic but sufficient on most days. S Resort is owned and affiliated with H Hotel. Lots of businesses seem to be affiliated with H Hotel which is a bonus. Book your tour through the hotel b/c the tour company dedicated to S Resort/H Hotel is amazing. You can also use all the -Amenities at Nacpan Beach for free. You only need to pay for the transportation (700 PHP/pp round trip) @ May 2024 -no Laundry on site however we used Nonstop Laundry Shop El Nido down street. Reasonably priced and friendly

The room exceeded my expectation. The breakfast are tasty and staff are accommodating. The location is right on the central where shops and bars are. Also the boat tours are fee minutes walk from the location. The room is well furnished, cozy and quiet spacious.
