Amazing location, peaceful and quiet. Nice kitchen, clean and well equipped. The host is a very nice lady who picked me up from the bus stop and offered a lift to the airport upon my departure. She was gave me great tips for stunning walks. Shame, I stayed only a night/day as a closure of my amazing ski touring holiday in Norway.

very good campsite with a beautiful view. Clean and very comfortable outdoor toilets. Not shared, everyone has their own, so there is privacy. A well-equipped shared kitchen. Each cottage has heating, a stove, a kettle and a fridge. We were also allowed to stay 1 hour longer. Next to grocery stores, for example Kiwi.

The position is great if you want to stay close to the...
The position is great if you want to stay close to the airport and walk around. You can catch a bus to/from the airport and to/from main town, you can also walk up to the hill, to the ferry and on the bridge. In the right season, you can also hire a bike. The room has everything that you might need, considering that you are planning to pass your day out. The supermarket and the restaurant are very handy as well.

In general it was a good stay. Easy to find the place and get keys. The natural view around the residence was very beautiful. The pictures on the booking page about access to the beach are not the same on site. There was no access to the beach. Need litle bit more concentration on higienic standards. Thank You It was naice place for family.

Beware of the fine print when booking your room for the low...
Beware of the fine print when booking your room for the low discount price at Alesund Airport Hotel. Instead of a room in the actual hotel building, our room was in a little structure across the parking lot called the Mini Hotel. Our room was tiny and cramped with no place to put our luggage except the beds or the floor. I was unable to upgrade to a regular room so not happy with the checkin staff. One last thing, the Hotel is actually 10 minutes or several Kilometers from the airport.

Ytterland is one of the islands away from ålesund. There are more islands near Ytterland. If you want to have relax out form the city center, this is a nice place (take in consideration that you depen on the bus if you don't have a car) The islands including Ytterland are really beautiful. I highly recommend a trip through the islands. :D

Located 4 or 5 miles from the airport. There is a bus (private company, not related to the hotel) that stops at the hotel and goes to airport/city. But you need to buy ticket online ahead of time. Ask at checkin for website. Nothing special about the room really but that’s the amazing thing: for such a low price it was clean and just fine. I was very pleasantly surprised. Attached to hotel is restaurant with very cheap beer and (for Norway) cheap food.

Very good value for money. Father's stay with three teenagers. Room and bathroom clean. Double bed very comfortable, sofa bed quite comfortable. Medium sized room comfortable enough. In the large hall, a lot of space, sofas, armchairs and tables, a very nice place to meet more people. In the hall, there is also a vending machine with coffee and hot water. Tasty breakfast and a shop in the Kivi building. I recommend this hotel

The hotel is located on the bus station so it’s convenient to get to the city (bus 3, 15 min) as well to the airport (bus 3 or taxi for 250 NOK). The place was clean, with towels and hair dryer. The breakfast was good: poached or boiled eggs, selection of meat, beans, fresh bread, yogurts. Wi-fi was okay, but you need unique credentials from the reception to get it.

The hotel is located around 10 minutes from the city, lots of free parking spaces, strong wi fi, kind people at the reception, warm room. There is Kiwi supermarket in the building, which is super convenient. Breakfast costs 95 NOK, and is worthy, I do recommend. The beast value location in comparison with other hotels in the area.

Small but functional room, super breakfast and excellent parking. The hotel is a short drive from the centre of Alesund, and there is a rgular bus service to the centre, which was super. The hotel is also near interesting lighthouses, Giske church. It was excellent value for money.

I knew this was a budget hotel so I can not expect much. The surprise was even in this tiny room, they have a refrigerator, microwave and hot water kettle with coffee and tea. There is free parking if you have a car but we were on busses. Receptionist was most helpful.

The proprietor is very friendly and provided outstanding service. The location is very nice and shops are not very long from the location. Therefore, I would recommend the location to others, and summer will be a fantastic time to visit Ytterlands apartments.

The hotel is 10 minutes away from the city center by bus so you don't have to pay for parking. The staff was nice and the bed was comfortable. The room was pretty big. There's a supermarket on the ground floor.

Extremely clean room, lovely staff. Main hotel looks decent and has good transport links to the airport right outside. I'd stay again but not in the annex huts.
