The parking was available and easy to find and that everyone was so nice and helpful. We ended up driving to Kristiansand and visit the amusement park (dyreparken), which as a ton of fun and affordable when the drive from Grimstad is a mere 40 minutes. Thought the breakfast was rather good and really enjoyed their good selection in fruits and veggies :D

Situated in the center of Grimstadt with several pedestrian streets around. There is a common kitchen where you can find everything you need (and beyond :) to cook, have breakfast or just coffee. Parking spaces before the house are limited so if needed, I advice to make reservations.

The position is perfect to visit Grimstad. The breakfast is served in the cafè below the rooms and is rich and served at the table.
