The house is gorgeous and very comfortable, perfect for our family of five! I'm glad we stayed for 2 nights so we got to enjoy it a little longer. The sorroundings and nearby Weesp are peacefull and very beautiful, definitly worth exploring. Getting to Amsterdam is easy, either by tram, train or car. It was really nice coming back to the warmth and comfort of the house and cuddle in the couch after a day walking up and down the city! Paul was very kind and helpfull... we really had a wonderful time!

I enjoyed the handling panel of the semi-smart room. Lighting, blackout curtain, TV, AC could be handled from one panel.
The surplus surprise was the mirror in the bathroom, becoming TV screen - if needed :-).
Breakfast was very rich.
Metro station is not too far, roughly 4-5 minutes on foot.

Close to the metro station, which made most of the attractions easy to get to. Quiet and clean streets, which felt safe to walk through both night and day. Beds had a nice width to them, so didn't feel like rolling over and onto the floor during the night. The room was clean and a good size for three people.

We liked breakfast best, The city of Weesp was nice, but they would not take our credit cards only cash, which we did not have . Mini bank did not work at all. There was a nice restaurant nearby. They had great food snd they were very pleasant. They would take credit cards. Easy to get around in Weesp.

Weesp is a small beautiful town close to Amsterdam. It is one of the most wonderful and picturesque cities in the Netherlands and definitely something in itself not least because of the beautiful canals and the great atmosphere. At the same time, it is well located with rich opportunities for unforgettable bike rides in the varied beautiful North-Holland landscape.

Such a beautiful little township that could easily be missed on a trip to Amsterdam. Certainly worth a visit, if not a stay. The old part within the canals simply stunning and wonderful to wander around.

easy access from Schipol airport direct from terminal building by train to Weesp..,,a frequent service, well signposted, and on arrival most of Weesp town is within easy walking....Plenty to see, plenty cafes and restaurants....lovely architecture, and history to the place

The house is surrounded by peaceful countryside, we enjoyed observing the horses, as well as the ducks and rabbits in the fields. It's a great place to stay for visiting Amsterdam too, just a short drive from the train station in Weesp. The furnishing is very comfortable, the house has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The huge showerhead in the bathroom was also a highlight for us :) Marije, the owner, is a very friendly and helpful host. Can definitely recommend staying here.DawnGermany

The rooms were spacious and very clean. The mattress and pillows were comfy so we had a restful sleep. We tavelled by car so I can’t recommend a proper public transportation to Amsterdam. But it is around 25 min to the center. Nearby the property, there is a restaurant but in the evening it is rather crowded so book your table. Otherwise you can find great locations to eat in Weesp or other towns around.SilviaRomania

First of all, it should be said that the idea of making a hotel suite in a church tower is unique and a bit crazy. The view is breathtaking, especially at sunset. Despite the luxurious, the charm of the old church is always kept. They put a lot of effort into breakfast. It was very delicious. We just felt comfortable the whole time.
