Great location for exploring either Germany or the Netherlands. Apparently located directly above a bar and restaurant but there was no excessive noise. In fact we ate there and had a few drinks.

Jonathan was very helpful, the place is charming, we can eat outside or inside.
That's the #1 best spot in our vacations for our kids, they loved to sleep and play in their "room" , like a hut.
