This is our second visit. Compared to other hotels in the area they rooms are quite roomy. The hotel attendants were very nice, they let us check in early and helped coordinate a flower delivery for my girlfriend while I was out.
This hotel features a restaurant, terrace and cozy bar with a conservatory. Monopole is located in the center of Valkenburg, 15 minutes’ walk from Therme 2000 and Holland Casino Valkenburg.
The behavior of the personnel was fantastic. This was the first time ever that the owner of a hotel asked us (the customer) if we would like to have a shower after our cycling trip on the last day. They offered us to check out in the middle of the afternoon after enjoying a nice shower in our room. In one word, fantastic.
