Booked a room with a view of the towers and what can I say, what a magnificent view! The only criticism I could give is I was on a slightly low floor (12) in one of the smoking rooms. I imagine the higher up you are the better the view. Special thanks to the 3 guys at the concierge. I forgot their names, one of them was called Vincent I believe. I lost my phone in a taxi and these guys went above and beyond to try and help retrieve it. Unfortunately I didn't get it back but their efforts are very much appreciated, if I am ever in KL again I will no doubt book this hotel again and recommend it to anyone else I know who is going. The hotel has various restaurants, I only went to one which was a buffet. Not much in terms of western food but plenty of Asian options on offer. The bar on the top floor is good also if you can book a booth with a view of the towers, I believe they are a free for all after about 10pm which was the case when I was there. Beer a little pricey but what do you expect with a city centre bar with a fantastic view.

This is a fantactic hotel, and great location, super value for money, the hotel staff can not do enough for you, even took our bags to the car on level 6, The hotel has a salt water pool and jacuzzi with a fully equipt Gym on Level 10, Breakfast was amazing I am watching my sugar and there's tons of healthy options, you literaly want for nothing in this place, escalator access to the Intermark below which has everything you need including a food court in the basement, with 4no pharmacy's.
You can easly connect to the LRT from the building 1 stop to KLCC. we swapped rooms on the last night and had a lovely view of KL, you can contact the receiption on wotsapp which is so much better and saves alot of frustration. A big thanks to Hilton as well letting us check out a bit later at 12:30pm we had a very relaxing stay, which was very much needed
