Place was dirty and not well maintained. Bed was very uncomfortable with springs poking me on all sides. Bathroom was very badly maintained. Sheets very stained. The only good thing was the location.

It’s near shops and supermarkets to get our essentials. The owner was very helpful and accomodative. House is clean and well equipped. Just wished that it has a microwave though. Two bathrooms which is great for family. (Although it will be helpful if the shower on second bathroom is repaired - faucet missing so that the kids can shower without having to queue for the main bathroom. Otherwise, all are good. My kids live the Hello Kitty theme so much ! Spacious for the 6 of us!
