Beautiful location staying with friends who live in the complex . Huge clean room with large shower. they kindly allowed us to check in early. Didn’t stay for breakfast this time as early flight , but highly recommended.

We comprised a large 3 generation UK family group coming to Querétaro for the first time for a family wedding. Our stays varied between 3 and 7 nights. Our rooms were all located near to each other, they were at all times clean and well maintained. None of us speak fluent Spanish, however the staff at all times were able to be professional, helpful and informative regarding our specific needs. The weather was hot, and the six children in our group and some of the adults, enjoyed the use of the pool and its facilities. We used the hotel restaurant on a number of occasions, it served a wide menu of good quality food, the staff here too were helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend Hotel Flamingo.
