Breakfast was good. We ordered off of the menu at the restaurant next to the hotel because it was Sunday and the hotel did not have breakfast that day. The location was safe, staff was very kind and accommodating. There were A/Cs in every room along with fans. The place is walking distance to the beach (up a little hill and down one). Short drive to Boca where you can get water taxis to Yelapa for the day or take a tour up the hill for the water falls/Predator experience. The pool was nice and the plants/flowers were beautiful around the location. There are ATV and horseback riding options nearby as well.

Clean, had all amenitties needed. Two store one across street and one oxxo gas station up the street walking distance. No complaints loved it especially for the price. Def will consider for next trip o Vallarta.
