This place is a goregous hacienda, with typical mexican patios, lots of greens and seating areas where one can relax. The cleaning ladies and the concieriage/porter were exceptional and very helpful. The security is spot and does a good job. The parking area is really big and can easily accomodate a lot of cars. The fact that the hacienda has both a gym and swimming pool is a great add on. The restaurant and bar staff were very attentitve and the dinner we had was really tasty and good.

The staff, very helpful and supportive, five-stars service! Since the internet is generally bad in the hotel, they did their best to accommodate and moved me closer to the reception ( room 11) where the wifi was the strongest.
