Beautiful scenic area. We had the upstairs corner room, with large windows and a fantastic view of the garden palms and mountains. Room was quiet, spacious, bright and clean. Bed was comfortable, linens very clean. Excellent breakfast-- best taken on the patio with morning bird song around . Staff were extremely kind and courteous, and went out of their way to help.

We only stayed for one night. We ordered dinner at their restaurant when we arrived, which was good and fast. We were given the corner room with balcony and incredible views of the canyon. The place was very clean, and the receptionist/server was very helpful and explained the hiking route to us. They also let us have breakfast early so we could leave for the hike early. WiFi and cell reception was surprisingly excellent.
The location is very good, about a 5 minute drive to the start of the hiking trail. Parking is available onsite.
This hotel is located in Tinghir, at the heart of the Toudgha Valley, 9.3 mi from the famous Toudgha Gorges. It offers a rooftop terrace with a panoramic river view.

It was very clean, breakfast was good and generous. Above all, special thanks to Mohammed who shared his culture (and his delicious harira) with me, and to Abdellatif for the very interesting discussions we had. Thank you so much ~

I went through the local market and the downtown area, it's nothing out of the ordinary, it's typical Moroccan, I like the crowd there, it's a commotion that moves and keeps the city alive during the day, but at night it's quiet, I didn't see much because I was welding a small part of the time. Good food .

Among the palm groves we visited during our two week road trip the one in Tinerhir was the greenest, with people working in the fields. What is also nice that the Gorges are close. However you should go for a 4h walk.

Tinerhir is very authentic, with beautiful landscapes of the kasbah and the palmeraie. Nice panorama's and the Todra gorge is closeby. We arrived by bus and had lunch at the mosque square. The lunch was also very good. The had dinner at the Guesthouse and it was our best, prepared and served with dedication.

To be clear, we stayed outside of Tinerhir closer to the gorge. But, the area has extraordinary beauty and it was well worth the long drive from Marrakesh. We were there for only 24 hours and could have stayed a couple of more days for hiking and just soaking in the landscape.

This review is mostly about tinghir surrounding and the gorge of Todra especially. Beautiful place, gorge and oasis are wonderful, relaxing. YOu can do climbing and hiking around. Beautiful walks around possibility to see/meet berberes settlement and view of Atlas from some semi desertic peaks around the gorge.
This was the best hotel experience I had in Morocco. The hotel is beautifully designed with an amazing panoramic view over the palmerie (palm garden) and the old villages. The palmerie is right outside the hotel and it is beautiful to walk around in. And lastly, the restaurant had excellent food, especially breakfast.
The best part, however, was the incredibly kind, personable and helpful staff that made you feel at home and welcome. This was the best example of famous Moroccan hospitality I found and I would definitely go back.
The hospitality provided by the staff was so warm and caring. The owner made sure we knew exactly how to get to the hike we wanted to do in the gorge and that we were well prepared. The view of the gorge and mountains from the room was spectacular! The room was basic but very comfortable. The food was some of the best we ate in Morocco, especially the chicken brochettes. Forget about staying in Tinghir -- if you want to be up close with nature and the mountains, La Petite Gorge is the place to be.
I loved my stay here. It was a true bit of luxury in a beautiful setting. huge rooms, great shower and plenty of hot water, comfortable bed, terrace with amazing views, delicious dinner and breakfast. the staff and owner, Ali, could not do enough for us during our stay. We joined Ali on his daily walk through the gorge which was an incredible treat. this new hotel is only a 10-15 minute walk to the beginning of the gorge so it’s very conveniently located. i would highly recommend staying here!
Hotel is just few limonites from the Todra Gorges, and have parking area, very convenient for our visit to it.
Room is spacious and clean. On the room’s terrace, we have a good view of the hill and plants in the valley and stars on the sky. Staff was very pleasant snd helpful and welcoming travellers. Dinner and breakfast were very delicious.
It was a great location, and our room was just fantastic - we loved the terrace and luxurious bathroom. The hotel has a map for a beautiful little walk that starts nearby and takes you through the oasis and old ruins - it was perfect for a relaxed afternoon. Parking was easy, and the staff were all very kind and helpful.
Kasbah Omari is a wonderful place to stay! The views are amazing, the WiFi was great for catching up with writing and blogging, and the host was incredible kind and generous. As a bonus, they had safe parking for our motorcycle in the courtyard. It’s easily one of our most favorite places we’ve stayed in Morocco so far.
Lovely lovely hotel by the river with a nice pool. It was super nice being able to enjoy the river sounds at nice, super peaceful. I wish I booked 2 nights to really enjoy the pool and the surroundings. It was beyond my expectations. Dinner and breakfast were also really delicious!
The staff were amazing and really made a effort to give us a good time! In addition to that, the room and the rest of the hotel were very clean with a nice aromic smell in the hall. For me this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Thank you Astora’s
The people are amazing- so friendly and welcoming. They made a delicious dinner - best tajine I’ve had in Morocco so far. Zaki and his brother played music for us, and they gave us great recommendations. I will definitely stay here again, I love, love, loved it.
The dinner was very good, the breakfast was OK (no eggs, great coffee).
The hotel offers guide services for nice hikes in the area close to the hotel. This was a very nice experience.
Very, very friendly staff.
Parking in front of the hotel.
The best about our stay here was Tarik, the hotel manager, who has always appeared somehow, fully ready to fullfil any reasonable wish we had when we needed him, but has never been intrusive at all. Thank you!
The hotel was beautiful, like a luxury boutique hotel. Comfortable beds, clean. The showers were warm and the people were incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming. Absolutely wonderful.
Beautiful hotel, wifi worked perfectly, nice cold pool to cool off from the sun, large rooms with all the facilities you could need. Eat dinner at the restaurant, the food was delicious
Zachariah and other staff were very friendly and helpful. The view from the hotel was very beautiful. Zachariah also arranged a great hiking experience for us.
