Unfortunately, after check out on the way to Marrakech I realized that I forgot my sweater at the hotel room. And thanks a lot for Manager Maryem. She did impossible really! She delivered me my sweater from Fes to Marrakech during 24 hours (!!!).
I travel a lot, but I’m amazed by this type of service. She was so kind to me and helpful. We kept in touch until I got my sweater with me. This was priceless. I’m so glad for her attitude to me.
