The owner, Mr Lofti! He was very welcoming and even arranged a small sightseeing. Very attentive and informative. Take your breakfast on the rooftop - the view from the rooftop is certainly one of the best in the city. The breakfast was very nice and generous with local specialities in addition to the normal big Moroccan breakfast. The hotel has a great location in the middle of the Medina, but don't try to find it on your own - go to a cafe and call Me Lofti; he will come and show you the way.

exceptional stay! The hotel matched the description perfectly, the location was ideal, and the staff, especially Soufian, was extraordinarily accommodating. Soufian stood out with his ability to anticipate our desires, making our stay unforgettable. His hospitality revealed the true beauty of the hotel and Oujda. Soufian even metaphorically turned water into wine, making dreams come true. I almost every night dream of that magical time by the pool, where Soufian seemed to walk on water. An experience that exceeded expectations and touched hearts. Soufian, we love you!

An unpretentious, non-touristy town a few miles from the coast. Large enough to have bars and restaurants. although some of the bars looked a bit seedy. Interesting fortified souk. Friendly people. Worth a day's visit.
Very nice hotel in the heart of the city. I traveled late so the hotel arranged a pick up at the airport for me. My chauffeur was already there and easy to find. Very helpful staff. And the owner is very sweet. Excellent communication. Very clean room and delicious breakfast too. If you need anything the owner will always help you and go above and beyond. Very recommend to stay there for a sweet, hassle free, comfortable stay. Very trustworthy staff. And make new friends too 😌 thank you again to the awesome team.
The hospitality offered by the staff at Atlas Terminus and Spa was second to none. I received an exceptional upgrade of which was great. Every service in the hotel was very good, staff was very welcoming, helpful and so nice.
I would love to say big thank you to Mr Reda, Ms Meriem and especially to Ms Najat and Mr Nizar for their wonderful hospitality.
The best thing about traveling to Oujida was staying at this hotel.
I would highly recommend a true Moroccan highlight.
Our host was very accommodating and helpful. We loved having lots of space--the two living rooms was perfect for our work trip to Oujda. The building was safe and parking in the garage was accessible and easy. Communicating with the host was always easy, and the on-site concierge helped us often. Other building occupants were friendly and the space was peaceful, bright, and airy.
The owner of the villa is very kind, helpful, available all the time, always trying to work out whatever problem you encounter.
Nezha as well was Kind, Punctual and Helpful.
I definitely recommend visitors of Oujda City to Book this amazing Villa, if you want to enjoy your stay in all perspectives.
Nice and clean appartment, with a great host ! The appartment has all the facilities you need and the city center close by. Really enjoyed our stay here and can recommend this place if you want a hospitable and good place to stay while visiting Oujda :)
We loved Oujda as a typical Moroccan town with no tourists. The hotel is conveniently located next to the city Center and an old riad. Installations are not new but all is comfortable and the owner is very helpful and has all the tips.
The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. I felt like we were with family. The riad itself is spacious and beautifully designed. Truly one of our favorite places in Oujda and we can't wait to come back.
Everything was very nice in the hotel. We came for business purposes and everything was above our expectations. Especially the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Many thanks to Fatima, Mahdi, Amal, and Hamza.
Hotel was great for value. A good location with great views from 3rd floor balcony.
The staff, especially Fatima on front desk was very helpful.
The bed super comfy and rooms had balconies.
made to feel like family with host, ibrahim invited me to iftar with his family and i had an amazing meal there. on my first day, ibrahim even gave me a personal tour around Oujda!!
For a 3 star hotel, this was great and value for money. Exceptional customer service and all staff spoke English pretty well. We had no issues with our stay.
