This property is lovely green oasis in noisy dusty Medina. Staff are friendly, reliably helpful and attentive. The garden areas and courtyard are pleasant and the rooftop terrace was comfortable and sunny. The pool area was also very pleasant. Outdoor dinning was enjoyable, and provided a variety of menu items throughout the day.

Excellent and friendly staff, great location central to a lot of restaurants and hotel food was good. Rooms are a good size. Generally clean throughout the hotel and visible to see staff cleaning on a regular basis.

The hotel was gorgeous. The rooms were beautifully decorated and such a treat to stay in. Both restaurants were delicious but I preferred the rooftop - a bit more casual and relaxed setting, plus it was outdoors and the staff passed out blankets on chilly evenings. Speaking of which, the service was spectacular. They met every request with confidence, courtesy and patience. They arranged a lovely guide (Mehdi) for my first day exploring the medina. The icing on the cake was my little “to-go” breakfast that was given to me at 5 AM on the day of my departure!
