The location was superb, with close proximity to the beautiful gardens and the upcoming tram line, making transportation a breeze. the property was close to the beach and shops, staff were okay and didn't bother us, we only did bed and breakfast and that was the best decision as we never make use of the all inclusive as we always go out and visit the location

The staff were exceptional in every area of the Hotel. They just couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. The Timoulay Hotel & Spa is spotlessly clean and the food for breakfast caters for all tastes; evening meal available in buffet style (all you can eat for €20) or A La Carte menu also available. Beds were very comfy, the delux double is a very large room. The bathrooms are spacious and super powerful showers with oceans of hot water. Anything you need can be requested at reception, we asked for a kettle, no problem, got one immediately. Free pool towels for all guests. I recommend everyone gets a treatment in the Spa, it’s wonderful and the staff are delightful 😊
