We arrived late at night and the staff was kindly waiting for us until midnight, bringing us cold beverages - which was a relief after a long flight. The breakfast was abundant and there was a small but inviting swimming pool downstairs.

The Manager of the hotel and his staff (including 3 dogs and a cat) are above any praise. If you seek for a well organized place to rest without problems do come to Puetz Travels Beach Resort. Mr. Marcus will make your trip a real holyday. Even wild crocodiles that live in the nearby river dream to move to the magic canals of Puetz Travels Beach Resort. I wish i were among the lucky ones. A cute couple of dogs living in the hotel was an advantage :) Every time you want to go out of the hotel, you need to take a hotel boat to cross the river, which is very interesting and not so common for many hotels, but you need to make sure that a boatman is there!KaterinaEgypt

The staff were super friendly and helpful and kindly gave us an upgrade and the chalets were simply gorgeous and had very fancy toilets. We rented brand new bicycles from the hotel and cycled out to the little fishing villages of the surrounding beaches and out to see the tile factories.
