Location. Clean. Convenient location near mall and Costco. Great amenities. Close to the airport. Professional staff. I love the soap and shampoo and conditioner very much and would like to purchase some if possible. I am happy that you have accommodations on the 2nd floor. Clean facility. Overall, I will highly recommend the J Hotel Rinku to all of my family and friends. Nagoya is now one of my favorite cities in Japan!

We were surprised to hear about the history of this town with pottery, and delighted to explore the old city through the minuscule streets! For those who like shopping, there's the biggest mall eve ever seen at Rinku Tokoname Station, more than 1km long with a cinema and karting races

The room was big, bed and pillows were fluffy and comfortable and the toilet and bathtub is fantastic. The view is of course outstanding and you get a perfect view of the sea line. The reception staff was extremely friendly and speaks good English. They also offer a shuttle bus from the hotel and the bus driver is very friendly and welcoming. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to Chubu Centrair and the ride takes about 10 minutes, so we were able to have a leisurely breakfast (buffet included in hotel room rate). Room facilities were good, tea and toiletries, you pick up at the lobby.

If you'd like to rent their road bikes, you pay but you have to pay 700yen (not sure if this is per hour or per day). The breakfast was also good. As for the rooms, we stayed at the Tatami room and it was very spacious! If I visit this area, I will definitely stay in this hotel again!
