I loved this place! It was right across from the harbor where you can catch boat that takes you around the 208 islands of Kujukushima. It was also just a beautiful place to walk. I loved the baths in hotel. Clearly they are older, but they were nicer, more authentic than ones I encountered in the modern hotels. The food, both for breakfast and dinner, was so special and delicious. Its an older place, with 1970s vibe so so expect something different, but it was very endearing. They also had an awesome, efficient beer pouring machine for happy hour!

Big and comfortable rooms. We bought the after 3 pm ticket and are given the next day ticket free by the hotel. This is awesome as we get to play some games without the need to queue as it is getting late and enjoy the lights at night. Next morning, we went to Jurassic Island which for us is the highlight of this theme park. We were very lucky to see Dolphins on our way to the island.

I live in Sasebo, been here for years, and I love it! It's a perfect balance between the city and the countryside, with everything you need, and all the wonderful sights to see, especially Huis Ten Bosch, one of Japan's biggest theme parks. If you want a break from the big city and want to experience a smaller but very beautiful and diverse place, head to Sasebo.

Sasebo is a small town, I was made to feel welcome in the local restaurants and bars I went to. The city is in a beautiful location on the south-west coast of Kyushu and there is lots to do. I will go back.

We visited Sasebo with our son who was stationed at the US Navy base 10 years ago. We enjoyed walking around the perimeter of the base and some areas he frequented. Spent only a day and a half in the city.

It took too long to get from Nagasaki airport to the hotel.
It took too long to get from Nagasaki airport to the hotel. The hotel's location in the city is ideal with shops and restaurants all around. It is a buzzing, bustling city. Wish i had more time to explore the beautiful parks.
We stayed in a four bed room which was spacious and clean with a huge bathroom. The view from the windows looked out over the bay which was gorgeous. Breakfast was excellent with so many choices and the dining room looks out over the bay with spectacular views. The hotel sits at the far end of the theme park and has courtesy buses to and from the main gate. Second time to stay here and the hotel seems to be a popular choice for many. It was great to see international staff working in reception too.
The interior is not very new, but it was super clean. The room had a lovely view to the mountains. You could also see the sea side from the windows in the hallway. The staff are nice and helpful, but sometimes they speak only Japanese.
The location is just perfect! Right in front of Sasebo train station, and the first floor of the hotel building is the bus terminal e.g. for Hakata, Hirado, etc. There are several 24-hour convenience stores around the hotel and in the station.
Just simply an amazing hotel in a fantastic location! As is so true for most Japanese hotels, the staff went way above and beyond always very friendly, always wanting to help a bell boy was always there to help with your luggage. we did not eat at the hotel. We chose to eat out in town but it appears they had a very good restaurant.. there is a family Mart on the first floor inside the hotel that is extremely well stocked!

The Villa at Sasebo was a great find ! It really made our trip more enjoyable. It was very close to everything … The arena were visiting and also lots of eateries ! It was so clean, spacious, and contemporary. We will definitely choose this same property next time we are in the area ! Also having your own parking is so convenient.
Location of the property is located at Saikai if you want to travel in Sasebo. Visiting 99 islands is very convenient as hotel is just very close to cruise ship.
Free parking is good for driving travelers.
Size of room is ok for two people.
Site of Property is quite big and also have onsens in the hotel.
The staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast had a nice mix of Western and Japanese dishes to choose from. The location was fantastic, right. Near Sasebo Station and Bus Center without facing the busy main road.
I liked the location of the hotel. There's a McDonalds and Family Mart within walking distance. I also liked how nice the staff was. The cleaning staff was tentative and ensured customers were taken care of.
the buffet breakfast had a bit of everything and exceptional service. the staff is s helpful and friendly . they define what a fine hotel customer service should be.
i must if i am in the area
