The hotel was easy to find via driving. There were also amenities nearby. We were greeted by friendly and helpful staff at the lobby on the 2nd floor. There were rooms to 8th floor. 8th floor is the superior rooms. Each floor has a family sized room.
Room size is adequate for 4 people sleeping in traditional style. Room was nice and warm and supplied with all the amenities. There is even washing machine, microwave and vending machine at the lobby.
As we didn't know Japanese, the staff was happy to help us translate some content from the website. Thank you very much.

The staff were super nice, including the restaurant staff at night, despite the language barrier. I enjoyed the onsen, although it’s starting to show age.
