We caught the tourist shuttle bus from the train station.

We caught the tourist shuttle bus from the train station. It goes from hotel to hotel and only costs 100yen. There is a walkway around the bay linking several small beaches. It made for some wonderful moonlit walks. The seaside park was an entertaining way to spend a day, especially if you have children as there's plenty to do there. Be warned that you cannot swim off-season due to jellyfish.
