The host was lovely and very helpful. We got a great recommendation for a restaurant within a short-ish walk from the BnB. Having a cheap breakfast was a great option.

The manager welcomed us even though we were much later than anticipated. His English was good enough and we checked in easily.
The breakfast was kingly! This was our first night on a 3-week European adventure and this was by far the best breakfast we ate anywhere! (I still dream about that bacon!) The manager was so generous and kind.

· I want to thanks the amazing servers at the breakfast room for being very nice and attending to us with fast service. On our first day they broke many plates and cups because they are running when cleaning up, not to let the customers wait. The towels and sheets smell fresh and clean even though it does not have those heavy freshener. Bathroom is clean. The room is big with a big sliding door. The bed is King. The breakfast in very good with meat, cheese, bunch of bread choices, hot scrambles and boiled egg. Choices of Drinks, juices, bottle water, my cappuccino is excellent you will get addicted. Plenty of parking space for free.
The guesthouse is amazing, everything is beautifully decorated, the bathroom is very spacious and clean and the bed was like a cloud! Silvia was very welcoming and friendly and spared no effort in making our stay like a dream. She made a reservation for us at a wonderful restaurant in the city center of Treviso and she made a delicious breakfast with scrambled eggs, toast and cappuccino at 6am! Upon arrival you even receive a little surprise gift! This place is very special and very much worth its value! Book it now.
The property was beautiful, and everything in the room was lovely. The owner of the property was very kind. I thought the price of my room was a little too low for the value. There is a promenade near the property. The old town of Treviso, the birth place of Tiramisu, is within easy driving distance from the property. The headquarter and the shop of Pinarello, which bicycle lovers would love to visit, is located within 1 km from the property as well.
The host was super friendly and exceptionally welcoming. It's a nice house, full of happy memories and family photos, repurposed for the small hotel. Nice experience and a reminiscence of a cozy home away from home. The Interior is a bit aged but immaculately clean, one could call it lampy and I have said it twice already - inexpressibly cozy.
The Staff is wonderful and extremely professional and helpful. Amazing breakfast! Great for international guests and for locals (really… there is everything you can wish!). Very quiet and kind of personal, not an anonymous hotel like others. The room was good, spacious, very clean.
We will surely go back!
Staff, Environment and the space. The staff is very friendly and very helpful, and they speak English :)). It was a wonderful stay. They have different perfume stands all over the hotel and outside the rooms. Its perfect hotel if you love perfume and beautiful atmosphere.
Lovely staff. I had a hard time arriving there by bus from city center. But leaving was easier, as there is a bus stop just one minute walk from the hotel.
The restaurant nearby the hotel was very good, with reasonable prices and great food.
Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Parking very convenient next door, Breakfast well managed, compliments to the staff. Japan House and bar in the same building and lots restaurants nearby, recommend K2 and Old Wild West.
I'll give more than 10/10. The hotel was perfect, very cozy, very comfortable, and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. I'll absolutely come back If I want to visit Venizia again.
Nice hotel, with simple but comfortable rooms
Staff was friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed the breakfast
Do need a car to get to the hotel and travel to other places
The breakfast was perfect. The hotel is comfortable for transit stay having its own parking and located not far from motorway. Despite the nearby road, the room was quiet.
