I have nothing negative to say. The owner and her son were the kindest most helpful people you could ever wish to meet. They went out of their way to look after us and we definitely want to go back. Beautiful location, lovely building and awesome people. I can’t rate them highly enough. You could see Mount Etna from the bedroom balcony, the buses were reliable, the local pizza shop was fabulous and not expensive. Fantastic historical palazzo--very comfortable and special. Heated pool and sauna!! Neighborhood is a bit suburban--but very easy access to the airport. Andreas is a lovely and very accommodating host. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, I ran into some major travel issues and had to fly into Palermo instead of Catania and my host, Giuseppe, actually drove all the way to Palermo to pick me up and bring me to Viagrande. He is an incredibly kind and generous host with a love of art and the culture of his island! I also found the mobile wifi unit he provides his guests with to be very convenient for walking around and exploring.JessicaUnited States
