The hotel has a great location to explore Lake Como area. Breakfast was very good, with a good selection of fruits, yogurt and freshly made eggs and other options. Also, the hotel offers paid parking which is an asset in this area where parking is not easy. It is very clean. Our room had a little fridge which was very useful. The restaurant was very good and we had dinner twice in the restaurant and enjoyed the food very much. Very reasonably priced compared to the prices in the area.

Emaizing location on one of the mountains around lake Como with a view to die for . Now we get to the amazing dinner at the Chef restaurant on the beautiful terrace , they don't have a Michelin restaurant star but I think they deserve it . Very Nice and comfortable room.

Lago di Como is surely a special place, However Veleso is a shiny gem. The view of the lake and the surranding mountins were breathtaking. From the Hotel Bellavista dining room and our bedroom the sunsets and sunrises took another dimension. It was like a painting costantly changing. Colors, clouds and scenary were mixing and iwhat it were always emerging was a beatiful canvas with the lake at his best. Veleso we will come back!!

This place is meant for total relax and people that enjoy mountains and nature to be explored by foot (numerous sign posted trails are available) or mountain bike or race bike as roads in the area are a bikers paradise. The village counts just 120 inhabitants so can be a bit freaky at night. It has only one "alimentari" or small supermarket where you can buy stuff if you prefer renting a small flat instead of staying in a hotel.

This place is perfect if you wanted to enjoy a peaceful and quiet place with no noise or traffic. The hotel has all the needed services for your stay. The rooms were clean and cozy. I would recommend spending here a night or two. The village is pretty small, so there were not so many services. I Would also recommend taking a small forest path (by walk) to the next village, which has a pizzeria and tiny bar.

Moreover, everytime we left the hotel he recommended us to go somewhere and explained us how to get there. The breakfast was really nice and the view from the mountain on the lake was spectacular. Good amount of parking, very nice breakfast. Staff were absolutely lovely, very friendly! Would definitely stay again.
