The air conditioner in the room did not work, the employees tried to convince that it would work soon, but it did not work at all, it would only blow air. They had to bring an external air conditioner and put it near the window with a pipe into the window.

The hotel had a party going on and did not let anyone in.
The hotel had a party going on and did not let anyone in. I had paid for a room for one night but they didn’t even let us get in the parking lot and told us to park in a field. Which is out of question. I can’t leave my car parked in a field all night. Therefore I couldn’t stay at the hotel even though I had paid. When I asked for a refund online they refused to give it back.
