The setting and decorations are beautiful. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was big, clean and comfortable. The shuttle to and from the airport was easy to book and find. The driver was friendly and drove very well.

This is literally a castle turned into a hotel...amazing...
This is literally a castle turned into a hotel...amazing rooms and the bathroom was amazing with Jacuzzi tub fitting. If I am in this area surely will visit. * People with reduced mobility may find it difficult to go up the narrow stairs of the castle, for is it was just fine..:-) **They do not speak much English or German.

They offered a fantastic airport shuttle service. The hotel is set in a lovely location and offers a good meal. We spent a lovely evening at the Hotel La Perla before flying home the next day. Definitely recommended for anyone who is flying from Malpensa Airport.
