This is a completely family run B&B. The breakfast buffet includes eggs, ham, cheese, breads & pastries, juice and assorted coffees & teas. There is a pool, hot tub & sauna, lawn chairs for the amazing views. If the host hadn’t told us about Tre Cime, we would have missed an experience of a lifetime. Mille Grazie!

Brilliant views but I think next time I would want to be closer to Cortina.
Very quiet - apart from the fairly busy main road. And very limited choice of places to eat.
There is a nice hotel on the cycle path that does good straightforward food though. Go down the hill beside the bar.

We loved everything there, and it was above our expectations. The road in from of the hotel is quiet and used mostly for bicycles, the view from the room was amazing, as well as breakfast, dinner and everything we tried there (aperol spritz being one of those :-)). Staff very friendly, willing to help/explain, make you comfortable, very family (and pets) friendly atmosphere. We were there with our dog, and we all loved our stay.
Exceptional location -our room had full mountain view.
The room is nicely furnished, the beds were comfortable. The bathroom is spacious.
Staff is friendly and helpful, the hotel is very clean.
The breakfast - cakes are delicious!
Morning coffee from the bar! (Seems small thing but couldn’t be more disappointing having a poor coffee in Italy for your brekky!)
The hotel’s restaurant has gorgeous mountain view and great kitchen!
Luca at the sister hotel, Antelao, was incredible. we had arranged a late checkin, and we were then delayed a further three hours, arriving at 2am. when the hotel clerk at Gaia never answered our or luca’s calls, Luca came to the rescue. he drove to us, and then when he couldn’t get access to our room key, he accommodated us at antelao. we truly appreciated his efforts, and were able to get to sleep by 3 am. Grazie Luca.
3+ star hotel.
Modern, spacious and comfortable room with a balcony offering stunning mountain views. The staff are very friendly and nice. Vlad was very helpful with everything. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant. Everything we ordered was delicious. Great breakfast. Private free parking. Excellent wi-fi signal. The location of the hotel is good - 25 minutes driving to Cortina d'Ampezzo along the good road.
The place is amazing. It’s more than you can expect from a 3 star hotel, view is exceptionnel, the restaurant is the best around, easy access to all the main mountain peaks in the Dolomites and the staff.. well the people who work there are just different. Kinf, helpfull, always smiling. Worth any penny and when we will go back we will defo choose to stay here again if rooms available.
This hotel was a pleasant surprise.
We booked it last minute and it turned out to be the best hotel of our holidays.
Super clean, modern and neat facilities, a balcony and terrace in the room, beautiful views, wonderful breakfast and friendly and helpful staff.
If we visit Dolomiti again, for sure we will stay at this hotel for a week, it is just perfect.
Very very well received. Everything was explained to us and the most in French (sorry for our Italian bad speaking). The hotel was very beautiful, charming and confortable and very clean. The diner was very tasting as the breakfast too. And the view of the mountains was perfect. I recommand ++++ . My friend and I felt in love with this place.
My family (husband, toddler and mother in law) and I had a very pleasant stay in Villa Gaia, the hotel had everything we need for a comfortable stay, the home-made breakfast was wonderful and the quality of the restaurant was great. The bonus was the view from the room, breathtaking! It was a perfect satyI fully recommend it!
