We could not recommend this place highly enough.
The property is historical, gorgeous and everything was spotlessly clean - I believe the building was first built in the 13th or 14th century. It felt like we had gone back in time.
Max was the most wonderful host. We felt very welcomed from the moment we arrived. He was very friendly and told us a lot about the history of the building and the surrounding areas.
Overall it was a fantastic weekend spent in an absolutely wonderful location.
Highly recommend visiting Max if you are planning a trip out to Monti della Tolfa - you won't be disappointed!

We chose this randomly as it was near the Niki Saint Phalle Tarot Garden and also the airport in Rome. Turned out to be a super nice spot. The restaurant in the little town, Ristorante Orsola, was one of the best places we ate in the 4 weeks we travelled around Italy. The house is super clean, you can park outside, the owner was super easy to communicate with and get keys etc. All in a really good stop off.
