Everything is absolutely fine with this hotel , but have to mention something about the location because literally few people have mentioned this , hotel is located nearby a very beautiful village, the area is stunning, but if you don't have car you have to walkthrough quite steep road for half an hour, returning back to the place.

We really enjoyed our time at this property the location was excellent for visiting Pisa and Florence areas. Pistoia is also a beautiful place to visit and walk around. Pistoia train station is the closest public transport so you will have to have a car to get around. The trains only go towards florence.. The house itself is beautiful, clean, lovingly kept. The owners are kind, helpful people who love a chat they are full of great tips.AAnonymousItaly

The bathroom was clean and updated and we did not have any plumbing issues. The restaurant next to the hotel is a lifesaver for travelers who are too tired to go far for food. The pizzas were excellent - the best I’ve eaten so far in Italy. It’s not a five star hotel but it delivered for the price we paid. Parking was so convenient too.
