I hadn't eaten anything up to that point, so Matteo from reception called the nearest restaurant which kept it open just for me, As soon as I arrived at the hotel, Matteo was outside waiting for me, he gave me the room keys, took my suitcase and brought it to my room so I could go and eat something. Super service, Matteo a legend.
