The staff were superfriendly and extremely helpful. We had a medical emergency while staying in the hotel and we had excellent help along the way. The room and bathroom were spacious and tidy with excellent comfort. Breakfast was delicious. If we ever return to Alessandria this hotel will definitely be our choice (tried 3 other during our stay). We highly recommend this hotel.

Location was central, 2 mins walk to the town centre. Staff were welcoming and friendly. One really friendly staff explained to us it is perfectly OK to drink a cappuccino with a small sweet pastry in the afternoon but definitely not with a croissant....hahaha Room was quiet and clean (thank you for allocating the quiet room)- Had a good sleep. Short walk to Mezzaro cafe - to drink the world champion cappuccino & espresso :-)) In summary, we like Alessandria, the Borsalino birth place and will be back to stay longer to explore the nearby villages.

The rooms and the property itself are impressive, the room we stayed in was designed with every detail in mind. We had a coffee machine and local cookies, which tasted brilliant. There is a little terrace with a seating area very cosy in the evening. The property is located in a middle of a little town real feel of Italy, there is a good commuting location. The property is not far from the Serravalle design outlet where we went. The host was brilliant, we felt very welcome, and she told us so much about the local area and the best places to go.
