The staff did everything they could to make us comfortable even though we arrived late, hot, and tired. The air conditioning worked well, the beds were comfortable, everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was fantastic - including gluten free options. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The decor was interesting and unique.

It was in a great location with friendly staff. Both lift and stairs to each floor. Room was quite spacious but had no coffee/tea provided. We had the family room so one king bed in the open area and 2 single beds in the separate bedroom. Big cupboards for storage in both rooms. Bathroom small but adequate. Close to train station, supermarket, Piaggio Museum and the old town. Parking is on the street out the front. You pay during the day but free overnight! Breakfast options were ok.

The Pool is wonderful, stunning views from the pool and the terrace above. Wonderful terrace with many tables. The grounds are very well maintained. There is a laundry room one can use or drop off with the "hotel" staff.
It's a very nice, quiet setting. Family-owned, one can communicate via text messages about any questions or requests. Very prompt replies. Great for travel with children! Very clean, everything new, well designed apartment. Very comfortable bed, big closet, nice bathroom. GREAT AC!
