All was exceptional and we very much enjoyed our stay. Ladies' at reception vey much friendly and ready to help beyond acceptable norm. Service at breakfast top rate with a welcome smiling all the time. When full , the cue at coffee machine makes stand.

Everything! Beautiful surrounding. Perfect room, perfect service and staff. Excellent breakfast and the restaurant serve’s excellent food. Unfortunately too late in the year to enjoy the pools.

Good place to stay, very close to Siena, cozy and the view from the apartment was breathtaking. I wasn't aware that there are 2 houses - one for the apartments and a better one for the double/triple rooms. Initially I booked a double room and was a little bit confused when the owner checked us in but she was very polite and explained the situation.

Lovely drive to a nice hotel within the city walls. We were upgraded to a bigger room which was very comfortable and spacious for 2 of us. The reception was helpful to make reservation at a restaurant for us and provided umbrellas when it rained. Also helped to park our car within the hotel compounds.

The rooms were lovely, as was the hotel. I was in the main building which is very attractive and attractively furnished. The beds were very comfortable. Very nice views from the windows and nice and quiet.
