Its very well mantained B&B, reception staff was very helpful and friendly. Mantainance staff also super helpful, friendly and doing amazing job. I stayed in superior room, and I can confirm it was big, clean and matress was very comfy. Hotel is 10 minutes walk from train station, with regular trains to Venice, Portogruaro and Triest, theres also bus stop nearby, with bus going to shopping centre in Gaggio.

Clean nice room close to train station( one stop from Mestre station) with shuttle minibus provided by hotel for 4 euro a person. Very beautiful park , large balcony, near by restaurant(+$), cafes and supermarkets. Helpful and kind staff, wich is a big plus.

Very clean and comfortable room. Elisa is very friendly and helpful, always smiling, made us fell at home. When we were there, the temperature in Venice dropped suddenly, Elisa was very kind to turn on the heater for us. Breakfast was delicious with homemade cakes by Elisa.
