It was really cozy, like visiting your grandmother. I wish we didn't have a language barrier. We managed to communicate with the help of Google Translate and a lot of patience from the host's side, haha. Her homemade items are great and we were happy that we followed up on her restaurant suggestion. The room is very clean. The bathroom is separate from the bedroom but it's basically right next to it. Spacious bathroom with amenities like hairdryer, shampoo and body gel.

I spent 4 nights at Antas and I can only recommend the place. Lovely old building, nicely renovated inside with a small cute garden. The room was very sweet, nicely decorated and even had an air con. Breakfast was simple but I appreciated the all day long free coffee, free water and the full working kitchen that could be used to prepare your own meal. Gabriella and her husband are very nice, warm and welcoming people. They also helped me with my car (I got a flat tire and they helped to let it exchanged which was extremely nice and helpful). I would definitely go back the next time I visit Sardinia :)

My stay at Mario Cesare was the highlight of my trip to Sardinia and one that I will never forget! A traditional artist's studio beautifully renovated but respectful of the history of the building, and the artist who lived there. The bed was comfortable and I woke to the sound of bells and birds. Breakfast every morning was provided by my charming host Guilia in the front garden. You need to stay more than one night to appreciate this unique place.

We received a very warm welcome from Agostino, who even made us tea on arrival. He also recommended the nearby fabulous agriturismo, Le Vigne Ducali, for what turned out to be a wonderful evening meal. We had very nice breakfasts each morning. Agostino's wife kindly drove is to the station to catch the Trenino Verde. Their hospitality was superb.
